Not completely satisfied with your GRAT order and need to return it?
Here are the details of our return policy. We want to make the return process as simple as possible.
All items we sell (except for second-hand items, clearance items, and gift cards) come with a 30-day unconditional refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order or wish to return/exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
We will provide you with a return address, and we will process your refund within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item.
We only accept returns of unused or undamaged items that are in resalable condition. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged when returning it, as items damaged during shipping due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Gift cards and items marked as resale, final sale, or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and refunds will not be issued.
- Please retain the original packaging when deciding whether to keep the item. Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging is not included with the returned item.

QUALITY PROBLEMS
Customers are required to provide photos or videos to illustrate the issue. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please allow us 1-7 days to process exchanges or refunds. Our technicians will inspect each returned item. After inspection, if the issue is due to a manufacturer defect, you will receive an exchange or refund within 24 hours.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
We only use top-tier shipping companies such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please inspect your package upon arrival. Do not sign for any damaged packages. It is your responsibility to personally sign for and inspect your package before signing for it.WE SHIPPED THE WRONG
Return items must be in original condition. Customer must email us at help@gratsport.com within 14 days after the item arrives.We would be under the responsibility to issue you the full refund or send you a new product once the returned item is received.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUSED DELIVERY
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before shipment.
If you cancel your order or refuse delivery after shipment (except for goods refused due to transportation damage), we will treat it as a return and charge a 10% shipping and handling fee.
Important note: If a customer cancels an order during transportation, we will endeavor to cancel the delivery and charge a handling fee. However, if delivery cannot be canceled, you may refuse the delivery (please do not open the package upon receipt), unless you retain the package when changing your mind. If you refuse the delivery, we will also charge a handling fee (processing fee: 5% of the order amount). Once the goods are delivered, they will be considered a return and subject to our standard return policy.
