How can I check my order status?
You can view your order and shipping information on the “My Account” page.
What is the validity period for return requests?
If the product you received has a problem, we accept return requests within 30 days from the delivery date.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you purchased the wrong product, size, or color, or entered the wrong address and wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Since we process orders immediately upon receipt, we cannot guarantee that your order can be successfully modified.
How can I track my package?
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any out-of-stock or canceled items will be sent in a separate email. You can also log in to “My Account” to view your order status. Click “Orders” to view your order status and obtain the tracking number and link.
