If your product exhibits material or craftsmanship issues, please contact us. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. All claims must include photos of the damaged product and your order number. If you are unable to submit photos, you may return the product to us for re-inspection. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
